What does this job entail?
To keep it simple,
you are responsible for winning new accounts & projects for the company,
these accounts range from 100k USD - 15M USD and beyond! They have a
world-class team to deliver on these projects - if you can win them, they can
deliver on them!
What you need to bring to the table?
You need over 5
years of experience in winning new business (ideally) for an agency or
consultancy. You are going to
need to have a good understanding of web/mobile development or design
principles. They believe knowledge is power!
UAE experience is
critical here - if you can bring clients with you then it’s a win/win J
Leave your ego at
the door, these guys are a huge family and want a team player.
The nice to haves…
As this is a new
position within the company you will have the chance to build a team, so team
management experience would definitely score you points!
If you speak
Arabic, that would be a huge help.
